In 2017, our founder, Douglas Calero, originally from Central America, identified a need in the U.S. labor market and decided to play his part in closing that gap. With this vision, DyH Labor was born—a company dedicated to connecting job opportunities with skilled and motivated individuals. As of 2025, we have evolved into OVION Staffing Partners, maintaining the same mission: to create opportunities and build a strong career path for those seeking growth.
